I'm an AI engineer at the Institute for Data Science at FHNW, where I build applied AI and machine-learning systems with industry partners — from feasibility studies through prototypes and pilots — and I teach data science at the ABB-Technikerschule. Before that I co-founded an AI learning platform and wrote software as an apprentice.

- Real-time AI guidance on Swiss German call-center audio: speech-to-text paired with LLM recommendations, evaluated for quality, latency and cost
- Messis, fine-tuning a geospatial foundation model for crop classification from Sentinel-2 time series — 82.9% field-level accuracy on Swiss data
- Wastewater-plant optimization framework: predictive and control models that made optimization of a 6.7k-step, 5-component simulation 40× faster — published in Aqua & Gas
- Smart classroom air quality, a distributed IoT system that keeps classroom CO₂ in check
